# Branding and how it reaches customers

Your branding appears on your venue page, on reward and offer tiles, and anywhere your venue is represented in a customer's app. Uploads must be PNG, JPEG, WebP or AVIF; a hero image is capped at one file of 15MB and is re-encoded before publishing.

Branding is the fifth required section and the one customers notice first.

## Where it shows

Your venue page, and the tiles representing your rewards, offers and promotions
in a customer's app. Tiles prefer your logo and fall back to a fixed category
icon when there is not one.

## Image rules

PNG, JPEG, WebP or AVIF, with the extension and file type matching. One hero
file at a time, up to 15MB. Files are verified and re-encoded before publishing,
which is why an SVG is not accepted.

## Replacing a hero image

A replacement is checked on its own account, so it returns to pending until that
completes. Plan a swap slightly ahead of when you need it live.
