Your business profile holds your trading name, legal name, business type, registration number and where you trade. The trading name and location are what customers see. The legal name and registration number are part of what makes taking money legitimate.

## What customers see

Your trading name, your business type and your location. These appear on your
venue page and anywhere your business is listed.

## What the platform needs

Legal name, country and business registration number. These are part of the
legal identity check behind paid content. Free loyalty runs without them; taking
money does not.

## Changing it later

Names and details can be edited. Your venue's public identifier is separate and
stable, so a rebrand does not invalidate posters you have already printed.
