# What is the NZ$10 merchant billing credit?

The merchant billing credit is a monthly NZ$10 reduction applied to a merchant's Fidella invoice. It is invoice-only: non-transferable, non-refundable, it does not carry forward to the next month, it never has cash value, and it can never produce a negative invoice. It is not customer value of any kind.

This is a discount on what you owe Fidella. It is worth stating plainly what it
is not, because there is a similarly named customer feature and confusing the
two would be a serious error.

## What it is

A NZ$10 reduction applied to your monthly invoice. The price you see quoted is
already net of it.

## What it is not

It is not spendable value, not something a customer can hold or receive, and not
something that can be moved, refunded or cashed out. It exists only as a
reduction on an invoice addressed to you.

## The five constraints

Non-transferable. Non-refundable. Non-carrying. Never cash value. Never a
negative invoice.
