# What does sales blocked mean?

Sales blocked answers a different question from listing blocked: can we legitimately take money? When it is on, only paid content is hidden, and only for a venue that is already publicly listed. Free offers and the loyalty programme carry on as normal.

The narrower of the two gates, and the one most often misdescribed.

## What triggers it

Everything that blocks listing, plus an unsupported trading region or incomplete
legal identity: legal name, country, business number, settlement details, a
support contact, and an active loyalty configuration.

## What it actually hides

Paid content only. A venue in this state stays listed, keeps running its loyalty
programme, and keeps its free offers visible. It loses what cannot be bought.

## It is not about your bank details

Stripe Connect is deliberately not an input to this gate. Not having connected a
payout account does not block sales.
