No. Stripe Connect is the payout rail, not a selling gate. An approved merchant with no connected account can publish and sell everything, including paid offers. Customers buy and pay normally, and Fidella holds those funds until the merchant completes Connect.

You can publish and sell everything. Fidella holds what you earn until you
connect your bank details.

## What is never true

That a merchant without Connect is limited to free offers. They are not. They
can sell paid offers, customers can buy them, and those vouchers redeem
normally.

## Collecting is the merchant's move

Once a voucher is redeemed the merchant has earned the money. Completing Connect
to collect it is their responsibility, and Fidella reports the amount being held
so the number is not a mystery.
