# How do I add a staff member?

Invite them by email from the team section. They have to accept using that exact email address, and it has to be confirmed. That is what stops a forwarded invite letting somebody else in.

Not a shared inbox, not a personal address they never check. The match has to be
exact and the address has to be verified.

## While it is pending

Resend and cancel are available. Once accepted, they appear as active.
