# Why can nobody see my venue?

Almost always because you are still awaiting Fidella review, which hides everything, free and paid, and blocks publishing. The other possibility is that only your paid content is hidden, which is a legal-identity or region problem rather than an approval one.

## Awaiting Fidella review

Nothing is visible, free or paid, and you cannot publish. Fidella has to act;
there is nothing to fix on your side beyond finishing setup.

## The money check

Your venue is listed and your free content is visible, but paid content is not.
That means an unsupported region or incomplete legal identity: legal name,
country, business number, settlement details, a support contact, and an active
loyalty configuration.

## What it is not

Your bank details. Connecting a payout account is not a gate on either.
