# Can I get a refund on a voucher I bought?

Only the original purchaser can request a refund, and only for a voucher they still hold that has not been redeemed, gifted, transferred or reissued. Approved refunds go back to the original card and are reviewed first. A voucher you received as a gift is not refundable to you.

Refunds are deliberately narrow, and it helps to know why before you ask.

## The four conditions

You bought it. You still hold it. It has not been used. It has not been gifted,
transferred or reissued. If any of those is not true, the normal refund path
does not apply.

## Why a moved voucher is different

Once a voucher has changed hands, the original payment no longer describes who
holds it. Refunding the buyer would take value from somebody else.

## If the problem is the goods

That is between you and the business that supplied them, not Fidella. Fidella
provides the technology; the venue is the supplier. Consumer guarantees still
apply however you paid.
