# How do I close my Fidella account?

Use the account tools in your profile, or contact support and ask. Closing ends your access, and anything you were holding, including stamps and unredeemed vouchers, goes with it. Redeem anything you care about first.

Closing is straightforward, and it is worth spending five minutes first.

## Use what you hold

Stamps close to a reward and unredeemed vouchers do not survive account closure.
Redeem them, or ask about a refund if you bought a voucher and still hold it
unused.

## Removing a pass is not closing an account

If you only want the card off your phone, delete the pass. Your account
continues.
