# Why do my identical vouchers show as one tile?

Because they are collapsed on purpose. When you hold several identical vouchers for the same offer at the same venue, Fidella shows one tile with a count rather than repeating it. The voucher detail shows the total uses available to you.

If you bought two of the same thing, or bought one and were given another, you
will see a single tile with a number on it.

## Why not show each one

A carousel that repeats the same tile four times is harder to read and no more
informative. One tile with a count says the same thing in less space.

## Multi-use is a different thing

A tile marked with a count means several vouchers. A voucher with several uses
left is one voucher that can be redeemed more than once. Both display a number;
the voucher detail tells you which you are looking at.
