# My voucher disappeared after I used it. Where did it go?

It moved to your history. Active voucher lists show only what is still redeemable, so a fully used voucher leaves rather than sitting there as a dead tile. Open Activity from your account and you will find the record, including when and where it was redeemed.

## Why used vouchers leave the list

A wallet full of tiles that do nothing is worse than a short list of things you
can actually use. Once a voucher has no uses left, it stops appearing among your
active vouchers.

## Where the record lives

Activity, in your account. Each entry opens a receipt showing what happened, and
links back to the original order where there was one.
