# Someone sent me a voucher. How do I get it?

If the email it was sent to already belongs to a Fidella account, the voucher is attached immediately and is in your wallet now. If not, it is held against that email address and attaches automatically the first time you sign in with it.

Gifted vouchers are delivered to an identity rather than to a code, which is
what makes losing the email harmless.

## If you already have an account

It is already yours. Open Wallet and it will be there, along with the venue
appearing in your memberships.

## If you do not

The voucher is held against the email address it was sent to. Create an account
with that same address and it attaches on your first sign-in.

## The venue will appear in your list

Holding a voucher for a business makes it one of your memberships, so it will
show even with zero stamps.
