We don't gate the things that make Fidella work. Tier is about scale, not access — the smallest free shop runs the same loyalty engine as a 200-strong cafe group.

How pricing works

Honest, predictable, and tied to the customers you're actually serving.

Billed per site: Each shop or location runs as its own Fidella site, with its own subscription. If you have multiple sites under one brand, each one is priced on its own active-customer count.
Tier follows the prior month: Your tier for the upcoming month is set by the active customers you had in the previous completed month. No mid-month repricing, no surprise upgrades. You always know what next month costs.
What counts as an active customer: A customer is "active" in a month if they did something with value at your site — earned a stamp, redeemed a reward, bought or used a voucher, or moved a balance with you. A wallet pass sitting unused doesn't count.
No card to start: Your first month on every new site is fully waived. You'll only enter payment details when you decide to keep going.
