Billing
What you are charged for, when the band is set, and what the invoice shows.
-
How billing works
Fidella bills a subscription per venue each month. Your band is set by how many active loyal customers that venue had in the previous completed month, and applies to the next one. There is no mid-month repricing in either direction.
-
What counts as an active loyal customer
We count how many different customers did something at your venue during the month. Earning a stamp, using a reward or buying something all count. Each person counts once, however many times they came in. Your own staff are not counted, and neither is someone who signed up but never came back.
-
The pricing ladder
There are four prices, based on how many customers you had last month. Up to 10 customers is free. From 11 to 50 is NZ$19 a month. From 51 to 200 is NZ$69. Over 200 is NZ$189. Those prices are per venue, and GST is added on top.
-
Your first month
Each venue receives one fully waived first month. A payment method is still collected during enrolment so the venue stays active without a later reactivation step. The grant is recorded against the venue, so it happens once and a reactivated venue does not get a second.
-
Transaction fees and settlement
This is a percentage of what your customers redeem. We take it out of the money we pay you, rather than charging you for it, so it never appears on your invoice. It is separate from the cost of processing the card.
