Supported regions
Fidella operates in a limited set of countries. An unsupported region is blocked before a venue is created, rather than allowing setup that cannot complete. Region is also an input to whether you can sell paid content.
Region matters twice: at signup, and in whether you can take money.
At signup
An unsupported merchant region is blocked before the venue is created, rather than letting somebody complete a setup that could never go live.
For paid content
A supported region is one of the conditions behind selling. A venue in an unsupported region for money purposes keeps its free loyalty programme and loses only what can be bought.
