Bank and payouts

Held payouts

A held payout is money you have earned that Fidella cannot transfer, almost always because no payout account is connected. The amount is reported back to you rather than being invisible. Completing the connection releases it.

Held is not lost. It is earned money with nowhere to go yet.

Why the amount is shown

Before it was surfaced, the only signal was silence. A number is a much better prompt.

Clearing it

Connect a payout account. Settlements that could not transfer then become payable through the normal route.

It survives suspension

A suspended venue owed money is skipped by the data retention purge rather than anonymised, and reappears on each run until a person resolves it.

Common questions

Is it at risk if my venue is suspended?

No. The retention purge deliberately skips a suspended venue with an unsettled positive payout, because anonymising your contact details would turn a payable debt into an unreachable one.

Still stuck?

Send us the details and we will pick it up. The form opens with "Business account" already selected.
