Getting started
Approval and going live
New venues start in review. During that time your loyalty programme works and you can build your catalogue, but nothing you publish is publicly visible and you cannot publish at all. Fidella reviews and approves the venue, which makes it public.
There is a review step between creating a venue and being visible to the public.
What review is for
Confirming the business is what it says it is before it appears publicly and before it can take money from customers.
What works while you wait
Your loyalty programme runs. Customers you scan earn stamps. You can build out your offers and promotions ready to publish.
What does not
Nothing is publicly visible: no venue page, no offers free or paid, no search results, no directory listing. You also cannot publish while in review.
Use the time
Finish the five required setup sections. A venue that is approved and incomplete is a venue that still cannot do anything useful.
Common questions
Can I use Fidella while waiting?
Yes. Loyalty works and you can build your catalogue. What you cannot do is publish, and nothing is publicly visible.
What if we are declined?
A decline carries a reason. It is reversible. Fidella can reopen the venue, which clears the decline.
