The pricing ladder
There are four prices, based on how many customers you had last month. Up to 10 customers is free. From 11 to 50 is NZ$19 a month. From 51 to 200 is NZ$69. Over 200 is NZ$189. Those prices are per venue, and GST is added on top.
The published ladder, per venue per month.
| Band | Monthly active loyal customers | Price, GST exclusive |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 to 10 | NZ$0 |
| Starter | 11 to 50 | NZ$19 |
| Growth | 51 to 200 | NZ$69 |
| Scale | 201 and above | NZ$189 |
These are net prices
Every venue receives a NZ$10 monthly invoice credit, and the figures above are already net of it. It is invoice-only: non-transferable, non-refundable, it does not carry forward, it never has cash value, and it cannot push an invoice below zero.
GST on top
Prices are GST exclusive. Tax is added at invoicing, and the invoice is the authoritative charge. Anything shown in your dashboard is an estimate for display.
Per venue
Bands are calculated and billed per venue. A business with three locations has three of everything.
The live table is also on the pricing page.
