What is an active loyal customer?
An active loyal customer is someone who did something at your venue during the month, such as earning a stamp or buying something. Your monthly price is based on how many of them you had. Each person counts once, however often they came, and someone who signed up but never came back is not counted.
This is the number your bill is calculated from, so it is worth being precise about what it counts.
What counts
Someone counts for the month when all of these are true:
- They did something at your venue that month. A stamp, points, a reward, a voucher, or buying something you sell.
- They are not one of your staff.
- They are counted once. Twenty visits from the same person is one customer, not twenty.
Your price changes next month, not this one
The number from a finished month sets your price for the month after. A busy week will not push your price up partway through. A quiet one will not bring it down until the month is over.
