Getting started
How Fidella works
Customers have one Fidella identity that works across every venue. Each venue runs its own loyalty programme with its own rules and pays for its own rewards. Fidella records what happens, handles wallet passes and payments, and settles money owed to you.
Before the setup detail, the shape of the thing.
One identity, many programmes
A customer creates one Fidella account. That identity works at every participating venue. What is not shared is progress: your stamps, your rewards and your vouchers are yours, funded by you, and cannot be spent elsewhere.
Identity first, entitlements second
Everything at the counter starts with staff identifying the customer, by QR code or six-character code. Only then does Fidella resolve what that person holds at your venue. This is why there is no code per voucher and no card per venue.
Two separate money flows
Your subscription is billed to you monthly, on a band set by how many active loyal customers you had last month. Separately, when customers buy things you sell, that money flows to you through settlement, net of fees. The two are not connected and never appear on the same document.
What you control
Your loyalty rules, your branding, your catalogue, your team and your account. What Fidella controls is the platform: identity, tiers, wallet passes, payments and the records underneath all of it.
