What is a membership?
A membership is a customer's relationship with one venue: their progress, their site tier and their vouchers there. A customer has one Fidella identity and a membership per venue they use. Holding a voucher for a venue establishes a membership even with no stamps earned.
One identity, many memberships. That is the shape of the whole product.
How one starts
Usually by scanning a venue’s signup code. It can also start by holding a voucher for that venue. If you own something you can use there, it counts as a place you have a relationship with. It shows in your list at zero stamps rather than being hidden.
What lives at membership level
Loyalty progress and site tier are per membership. The Fidella tier and the member card are not; they are network-wide.
