What is a site tier?

A site tier is a customer's standing at one particular venue. It runs bronze, silver, gold, onyx, and is calculated from how often and how long that customer has been active at that venue specifically. It is a different thing from the Fidella tier, which is network-wide.

Fidella runs two separate status systems, and confusing them is the most common misunderstanding in the product.

Four levels, one venue

Site tiers run bronze, silver, gold and onyx. There is no diamond at site level. A customer can be gold at their local cafe and bronze at a venue they have visited twice, because the two are computed independently.

How it is calculated

We look at the last three full months at that venue. How many separate days they came in. How many times in total. And how long they have been a customer there. How often they come counts for most of it.

Site tiers appear in site views only

A site tier shows on the loyalty views for that venue. It does not appear on the wallet pass. Site admins can see the distribution of tiers across their customers but cannot configure the thresholds.
