Fidella

Glossary

What is a Fidella tier?

A Fidella tier is a customer's standing across the whole network rather than at one venue. It runs bronze, silver, gold, onyx and diamond. Diamond exists only at this level. The Fidella tier is the one that appears on the universal member card and the wallet pass.

The Fidella tier is the network-wide half of the status system. It answers “how engaged is this person with Fidella overall”, not “how loyal are they to this one venue”.

Five levels, and diamond is the tell

Bronze, silver, gold, onyx, diamond. If you see diamond, you are looking at a Fidella tier. Site tiers stop at onyx.

Where it shows

Universal surfaces: the member card and the Apple or Google Wallet pass. Venue-specific loyalty views show the site tier instead. That split is deliberate, so a customer always knows which status they are looking at.

Recalculated nightly

Tier assignment is computed by Fidella on a nightly run from an internal scoring model. Individual venues cannot configure it.
