Glossary
What is a site in Fidella?
A site is one venue. It is the unit almost everything attaches to: loyalty rules, branding, staff access, the signup code, analytics and billing. A business with three locations has three sites, each billed on its own activity.
Also called: Venue, Location.
If you are reading the documentation and wondering what scope something has, the answer is usually the site.
Multi-location businesses
Each location is its own site, with its own loyalty rules and its own bill. A customer recognised at one is recognised at another, because identity is network-wide, but their progress is per site.
Billing is per site
The waived first month is granted once per site, and the band is calculated from each site’s own active customers.
