Glossary
What is a venue page?
A venue page is a business's public page in Fidella. It shows the venue, its loyalty programme and anything it has published. It is only visible once the venue is approved, and it is what customers reach from a directory listing or a shared link.
The venue page is a business’s public face inside Fidella.
It depends on approval
A venue awaiting review has no public page. That is the listing gate, and it hides everything, free and paid alike.
Discoverability
Venue pages are crawlable and are linked from the public directory, which is what gives them a reason to be indexed rather than sitting as orphans.
