What counts as an active loyal customer
We count how many different customers did something at your venue during the month. Earning a stamp, using a reward or buying something all count. Each person counts once, however many times they came in. Your own staff are not counted, and neither is someone who signed up but never came back.
This is the number your monthly price is based on, so it is worth being clear about what it does and does not include.
The short version
Count the different people who did something at your venue this month. That is your number.
What “did something” means
Anything we record for your venue. A stamp. Points. Using a reward. Using a voucher. Buying something you sell.
If nothing was recorded for a person that month, they are not counted, even if they have been a customer for years.
Each person counts once
Someone who comes in every day counts once. Someone who came in once counts once. We are counting people, not visits, and not stamps.
Your own team is left out
Staff do not count. Testing your scanner, or putting a stamp on your own account, will not raise your bill.
Your invoice will not change later
Once a month ends, the number is saved and stays saved. An invoice you have already received will not change afterwards.
Common questions
Does someone who signed up but never bought anything count?
No. Signing up on its own is not enough. Something has to have happened at your venue that month.
Do my staff count?
No. Your team testing the scanner will not push up your bill.
Someone came in twenty times. Is that twenty?
No, that is one. We count people, not visits.
Why does my dashboard show a different number?
Your dashboard shows whatever date range you picked, and it includes your staff. Your bill covers a full month and leaves staff out. Use the billing page when you are checking an invoice.
