What each number counts

Active customers counts the different people who did something in the period you picked. Loyalty actions counts stamps and points given. Rewards redeemed counts rewards used. These will not exactly match your bill, which covers a full month and leaves out your staff.

The dashboard and the billing view answer different questions, and it is worth knowing which is which before reconciling them.

Dashboard definitions

Active customers: unique customers with recorded activity in the period. Loyalty actions: completed stamp and point events. Rewards redeemed: redemptions. Offer and voucher activity: sales and redemptions from the ledger.

Where it differs from billing

They cover different periods. Your bill counts a finished month and leaves out your staff. If you are checking an invoice, use the billing page rather than the dashboard.

What stays with the platform

Support signals such as settlement discrepancies can be exported or escalated from your side. Changing or re-running a settlement is something only Fidella can do.

Common questions

My dashboard says 47 and my band says Growth. Why?

They cover different periods. Your price comes from a finished month; the dashboard shows the period you picked. Check the billing page for the number your price was actually based on.

Can I export it?

Yes. The support summary can be exported or escalated. Settlement edits and reruns stay platform-managed.

Still stuck?
