The merchant dashboard

The dashboard opens on today, with a seven-day summary beside it. It shows how many customers came in, how many stamps or points were given, how many rewards were used, and what you sold. Every number comes from something that was actually recorded.

Built to be trusted during service rather than to be comprehensive.

What it shows

Today’s headline figures, then a seven-day rollup of the same categories so you can tell whether things are rising or flat.

Every number comes from a record

What was scanned, and what was sold. No guesses about who might come back, no estimated revenue, no marketing claims. Everything on the screen can be traced back to something that happened.

It will not exactly match your bill

The dashboard shows whatever period you picked, and it counts your staff. Your bill covers a full month and leaves staff out. Use the billing page when you are checking an invoice.

Common questions

Why is there no revenue attribution or retention modelling?

Because those would be estimates. Every number here comes from something that was actually recorded, so you can trace any of them back.

Does the dashboard number match my bill?

Not exactly. The dashboard shows the period you picked and includes your staff. Your bill covers a full month and leaves staff out.

Still stuck?

Send us the details and we will pick it up. The form opens with "Business account" already selected.
