Billing

Your first month

Each venue receives one fully waived first month. A payment method is still collected during enrolment so the venue stays active without a later reactivation step. The grant is recorded against the venue, so it happens once and a reactivated venue does not get a second.

One waived month, per venue, once.

Why it only ever happens once

The free month is recorded against the venue itself. That is why it survives a pause, a reopening or a change of account without ever being given twice.

After the trial

The previous completed month’s usage assigns your band, and normal billing begins. If you crossed the free band, you are notified before the paid band takes effect.

New venues, not reactivated ones

A genuinely new location gets its own free month. If lots of venues are opened under the same owner or contact details, we look at it rather than refusing it automatically.

Common questions

Why do you need a card if the month is free?

So the venue continues without interruption afterwards. Waived means not charged, not that no payment method is required.

I closed a venue and reopened it. Do I get another free month?

No. The grant is recorded against the venue and survives the gap, so reactivating does not repeat it.

What about a genuinely new second location?

A new venue receives its own trial. Repeated creation under the same owner or contact is flagged for human review rather than blocked automatically.

Still stuck?

Send us the details and we will pick it up. The form opens with "Business account" already selected.
