What is a site lifecycle state?
This is where a venue stands with Fidella: waiting for review, live, paused, or turned down. Only a live venue can be seen by the public. Anything else hides it completely.
One field decides whether a business exists as far as the public is concerned.
The states that hide a venue
Pending review, suspended for risk, and declined all block listing. Everything else about the account continues to exist; it is simply not public.
Suspension is not deletion
A suspended venue keeps its data and its obligations. Notably, a suspended venue with money still owed to it is protected from data purges, because anonymising a creditor turns a payable debt into an unreachable one.
