What does sales blocked mean?
Sales blocked answers a different question from listing blocked: can we legitimately take money? When it is on, only paid content is hidden, and only for a venue that is already publicly listed. Free offers and the loyalty programme carry on as normal.
The narrower of the two gates, and the one most often misdescribed.
What triggers it
Everything that blocks listing, plus an unsupported trading region or incomplete legal identity: legal name, country, business number, settlement details, a support contact, and an active loyalty configuration.
What it actually hides
Paid content only. A venue in this state stays listed, keeps running its loyalty programme, and keeps its free offers visible. It loses what cannot be bought.
It is not about your bank details
Stripe Connect is deliberately not an input to this gate. Not having connected a payout account does not block sales.
