How do I add my Fidella pass to Apple or Google Wallet?
Open Wallet in Fidella and choose the add-to-wallet action, which takes you to a page with the right button for your device. Apple Wallet works on iPhone using Safari; Google Wallet works on Android. Samsung Wallet is not supported yet.
One pass covers every venue you use. There is no card to collect per business.
What the pass carries
Your member identity, your Fidella tier, and a scannable barcode that rotates for security. The six-character code is not on the pass. It is in the Fidella app, under your QR code.
Device support
Apple Wallet requires Safari on iPhone. Google Wallet works on Android. On an unsupported device you are told so before anything is handed off, rather than being sent into a flow that cannot finish.
On Android, finish in Google Wallet
Tapping the Google Wallet button hands you to Google Wallet, which shows the pass on its own screen with a Save button. The pass is created when you tap Save, not when you leave Fidella.
If you close that screen before saving, nothing was added. Fidella shows the pass as not added and keeps offering the Add button, so you can tap it and finish. You have not lost anything and you do not need to do anything else first.
You do not have to add one
The pass is a convenience. Everything works from Fidella in your browser without it.
Common questions
Do I need a pass for each venue?
No. There is one universal Fidella pass. Individual venue loyalty stays in the app.
I am on iPhone but using Chrome.
Apple Wallet adds need Safari on iPhone. Open Fidella in Safari and try again.
What about Samsung Wallet?
Not supported yet. On a Samsung device, use Fidella in your browser as normal.
I tapped Add to Google Wallet but I do not have a pass.
Google Wallet opens on its own screen with a Save button, and the pass is only created once you tap it. If you closed that screen first, nothing was added. Fidella shows the pass as not added and the Add button stays, so tap it again and finish in Google Wallet.
