Orders and payments
I need a tax invoice for something I bought
Ask the venue. Fidella issues receipts for purchases made through it, but where the goods or services are supplied by a business, that business issues the tax invoice. Your Fidella receipt has the details you need to ask them.
A receipt and a tax invoice are different documents with different issuers.
Who supplies what
When you buy an offer from a venue, that venue supplies the goods or services. They are the party who can issue a tax invoice for them.
What to send them
Open the order in your account and use the details there. Date, amount and what it was for is normally all a business needs to find it.
Common questions
What is on the Fidella receipt then?
What you bought, when, what it cost and what it produced. Enough to identify the purchase to the venue.
Can support issue one?
Not for a venue's goods or services. Fidella is not the supplier of those.
