Something else
Does Fidella cost me anything as a customer?
No. Joining a loyalty programme, collecting stamps, redeeming rewards, using your wallet pass and holding vouchers all cost you nothing. You pay only if you choose to buy something a venue is selling, at the price that venue set.
Fidella is paid for by the businesses running programmes on it, not by the people collecting stamps.
Free for you
Your account, your memberships, stamps and points, redeeming rewards, your wallet pass, and holding vouchers.
What you can pay for
Things a venue chooses to sell, at their price. That is a purchase from the business, not a Fidella fee.
Common questions
Is there a subscription?
Not for customers. Businesses pay to run their programmes.
Are there fees on a voucher I buy?
You pay the price shown. Fees between Fidella and the venue happen on their side and do not add to your price.
