My voucher disappeared after I used it. Where did it go?
It moved to your history. Active voucher lists show only what is still redeemable, so a fully used voucher leaves rather than sitting there as a dead tile. Open Activity from your account and you will find the record, including when and where it was redeemed.
Nothing has been lost. It has moved.
Why used vouchers leave the list
A wallet full of tiles that do nothing is worse than a short list of things you can actually use. Once a voucher has no uses left, it stops appearing among your active vouchers.
Where the record lives
Activity, in your account. Each entry opens a receipt showing what happened, and links back to the original order where there was one.
Common questions
I only used part of it.
A partly used multi-use voucher stays in your active list with the remaining count updated. It only leaves when the uses run out.
Can I get it back?
A redeemed voucher has been spent. If it was redeemed in error, speak to the venue, since they made the redemption.
