Where do I find my order history?
Open your account and go to Activity for everything that has happened, or Orders for purchases specifically. Each entry opens a detail page showing what you bought, when, and what it produced.
Everything you have done sits in one place.
Activity against Orders
Activity is the full timeline: purchases, redemptions, and loyalty events. Orders is the narrower view of things you paid for. Both link through to the same detail pages.
Following the thread
An order detail links to the vouchers it issued. A voucher receipt links back to the order, and to the promotion that caused it where relevant. You can reconstruct why something exists without guessing.
Common questions
Is a Fidella receipt a tax invoice?
No. Fidella issues receipts for purchases made through it. Where the goods or services come from a venue, ask that venue for a tax invoice.
Can I see what a voucher came from?
Yes. Voucher receipts link back to the order that produced them, and to the promotion where one applies.
