What is a site admin?
A site admin administers a venue: its loyalty rules, branding, offers, team access and billing. It is the owner or manager role. Site admins can see how their customers are distributed across tiers but cannot configure tier thresholds, which Fidella sets centrally.
Three roles matter in Fidella and they are worth keeping straight.
What a site admin controls
Everything about how their venue runs: the programme, the look, the catalogue, who on the team can do what, and the account itself.
What they do not control
Tier thresholds, transaction fee rates, and anything platform-wide. They can read their venue’s effective fee rate but not change it, which is deliberate: transparency without the ability to set your own price.
