Why can nobody see my venue?
Almost always because you are still awaiting Fidella review, which hides everything, free and paid, and blocks publishing. The other possibility is that only your paid content is hidden, which is a legal-identity or region problem rather than an approval one.
Two independent gates, and the notice in your admin area tells you which.
Awaiting Fidella review
Nothing is visible, free or paid, and you cannot publish. Fidella has to act; there is nothing to fix on your side beyond finishing setup.
The money check
Your venue is listed and your free content is visible, but paid content is not. That means an unsupported region or incomplete legal identity: legal name, country, business number, settlement details, a support contact, and an active loyalty configuration.
What it is not
Your bank details. Connecting a payout account is not a gate on either.
Common questions
Is it because I have not connected my bank details?
No. Connecting a payout account is not a condition of visibility or of selling. If someone told you otherwise, that is the most common misunderstanding about Fidella.
How do I tell which gate it is?
If nothing at all is visible, it is review. If your free offers are visible but paid ones are not, it is the money check.
