How do I create a Fidella account?
Sign up with Google, Apple, or an email address and password. You must be 16 or older. You can start from a venue's signup code or by going to Fidella directly; either way you end up with one account that works across the network.
One account covers everything. There is no separate account per venue.

Starting from a venue code
Scanning a venue’s signup code carries that venue’s context through signup, so you land with the membership already added.
Age
Fidella is for people 16 and over.
Common questions
How old do I have to be?
16. At signup you select your age band, and an account declaring an age under 16 cannot be completed.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Fidella runs in your browser. Adding it to your home screen is optional.
Can I sign up without visiting a venue?
Yes. You can create an account first and join venues later by scanning their codes.
