Stamps and rewards

What is my member status and how do I get a higher tier?

You have two kinds of status. Your Fidella tier is network-wide, runs bronze to diamond, and is the one on your wallet pass. A site tier is your standing at one particular venue and runs bronze to onyx. Both are calculated by Fidella from your activity; neither can be bought.

Two status systems run side by side, and the quickest way to tell them apart is diamond: it exists only at the Fidella level.

Your Fidella tier

Bronze, silver, gold, onyx, diamond. Calculated across everything you do on Fidella. This is what shows on your member card and your wallet pass.

A site tier

Bronze, silver, gold, onyx, at one venue. Calculated from how often you visit that venue and how long you have been going, over the last three full months. You can be gold at your local and bronze somewhere you have been twice.

Achievement chips

Alongside tiers you may see chips such as Explorer for the number of venues you have used, or Streak for consecutive active weeks. They are recognition rather than currency and cannot be spent.

Common questions

Which tier is on my wallet pass?

The Fidella tier, the network-wide one. Venue tiers appear inside that venue's loyalty view.

What is XP?

An internal score that feeds the nightly tier calculation. It is shown as context; your tier is the status that counts.

Can a venue give me a higher tier?

No. Tier thresholds are set by Fidella, not by individual businesses.

How often does it update?

Tiers are recalculated on a nightly run, so a change will not appear the instant you earn something.
