How do I add a second location?

Each location is its own venue with its own loyalty rules, branding, signup code, team, analytics and invoice. A new venue gets its own free start: 30 days, then free until its first bill on the 8th. Customers are recognised across all of them, but their progress is per venue.

A location is a venue, and a venue is the unit almost everything attaches to.

What is separate

Loyalty rules, branding, signup code, team roster, analytics, band and invoice.

What is shared

Your customers’ identity, and your billing details. Somebody who joined at one location is recognised at the other without signing up again. One saved card covers every venue, so you update it in one place.

Because that card is shared, the account owner is who manages it. An admin you appoint at one venue runs that venue. They see its band, its count and its invoice total. They do not reach the card, or the invoice history that covers your other venues. With one venue, and none being set up, there is nothing shared, so an admin there manages billing as before.

Trials

A genuinely new venue gets its own free start, 30 days and then free until its first bill on the 8th.

Opening more venues under one account is expected and is not treated as suspicious. What we do look at is an account whose venues all stay on the free band, and the same contact details turning up under different owners. In both cases we look rather than block, and nothing stops while we do.

Common questions

Do I pay twice?

Yes. Bands and invoices are per venue, each set by that venue's own active customers.

Do I have to enter my card again for each venue?

No. Your venues share one billing identity, so one saved card covers all of them and the account owner updates it in one place. The invoices stay separate, each set by that venue's own active customers.

Can my staff work at both?

Yes, with a role at each. Permissions are scoped per venue, so admin at one does not grant admin at the other.

Can an admin I appoint manage the card?

Not once you have a second venue, from the point you start setting it up. The card is shared across your venues, so changing it would reach venues they do not administer. They can see their own venue's band, count and invoice total, and the account owner manages the card and the invoice history.

Will customers keep their stamps between my locations?

Progress is per venue by default. If you want them coordinated, talk to us rather than assuming.

Still stuck?

Send us the details and we will pick it up. The form opens with "Account" already selected.
