Business account
How do I see what Fidella owes me?
Your payments page shows the full amount, what the card processing cost, our fee, and what is paid out to you. If you have not connected your bank details yet, it shows the amount we are holding for you.
Settlement is where the money owed to you is worked out.
The breakdown
Gross, then card-processing passthrough, then the platform fee at your effective rate, then net. Each step is shown so the arithmetic is checkable.
Held amounts
If no payout account is connected, what you have earned is reported as a held amount rather than silently accruing.
What you cannot do from here
Edit or rerun a settlement. Those stay platform-managed. You can export or escalate a discrepancy.
Common questions
Why is the net lower than the sale prices?
Card processing and the platform fee are deducted before payout. The breakdown shows each step rather than a single figure.
Can I change my fee rate?
No. You can see your rate, but only Fidella can change it.
