Business account
Why did my monthly price change?
Your band is set from the previous completed month's active loyal customers and applies to the following month. A change means last month's count crossed a band boundary. You are notified before a higher paid band takes effect.
Band changes are always about a completed month, never the current one.
The mechanism
Last month’s unique, non-staff customers with at least one recorded event are counted. That number picks your band for this month.
Both directions, same rule
Growth moves you up next month. A quieter month moves you down next month. The rule is symmetrical.
The warning
Crossing the free band’s ceiling triggers a notification before the paid band applies, so a larger invoice should never be the first you hear of it.
Common questions
Can it change partway through a month?
No. There is no mid-month repricing in either direction.
It went up after a one-off busy month.
Bands follow the completed month, so a quiet month afterwards moves you back down the same way, one month later.
My free month ended.
After the waived first month, the previous completed month's usage assigns your band and normal billing starts.
