Stamps and rewards
How do I earn stamps or points?
Show your Fidella QR code at the counter and let staff scan it. That records the visit and adds your stamps or points. What qualifies is set by each venue, so the rule can differ from one business to another.
Earning is one action: showing your code.
At the counter
Open Fidella, or open your wallet pass, and show the QR code. Staff scan it and add your stamps or points. You will see the new count on your home page and in your wallet.
What counts is the venue’s decision
Usually one stamp for each item of a certain kind, such as one per coffee. Some places give a stamp for any sale over a set amount. Buy three coffees at once and you collect three stamps. The business sets the rule, so if you are unsure, they are the ones to ask.
If the scan will not work
Staff can look you up using the six-character code shown alongside your QR. It is there for exactly this, and it does not change.
Common questions
Where do I find my QR code?
On your Fidella home page, on the back of your member card, or on your wallet pass if you have added one.
Can I get a stamp afterwards if I forgot to show my code?
That is up to the venue. Ask them. Fidella cannot add a stamp on a venue's behalf.
Why did I get points instead of stamps?
Each venue chooses one or the other. Stamps count visits; points scale with what you spent.
